Aboriginal Art – from Dreamtime to Contemporary

Welcome

Thomas Tjapaltjarri working on a painting

We have had an interest in Aboriginal art since the time we purchased a painting in a Fremantle Aboriginal Art Gallery about 15 years ago. Our interest in, and appreciation of, this wonderful art form was rekindled when we began to buy some additional paintings for our own collection.  It was then we decided to become involved in the process of spreading the word and works of this unique way of looking at our ancient land.

To us, there’s more than one way to enjoy Aboriginal art…  You can become involved in learning the rituals and laws which underpin the artists’ interpretation of events past and present on canvas, or you can simply enjoy the vibrant colours and compositions of marvellous paintings that you will love on your walls.

Our aim is to make Aboriginal art available to as many people as possible. All of our paintings will be authentic, affordable, amazing works of art.  We are determined to be ‘more than competitive’ in relation to other galleries’ pricing and we encourage you to put us to the test.

This ancient land and its first people offer a legacy of rituals, laws and life in harmony with the land, which find expression on canvas in a multitude of ways – from traditional forms and colours to more contemporary, abstract and vivid hues.  We hope you find as much enjoyment in these stunning works of art as we do.
